RODO INFORMATION CLAUSE

In accordance with art. 13 section 1 of the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data of April 27, 2016, I inform that:

2. Your personal data will be processed in order to:
– activities related to the submission of the offer,
– activities related to the implementation of concluded contracts,
– activities related to the implementation and delivery of the offered products and / or services,
– providing information on orders and making complaints,
– pursuing or securing claims, debt collection, court proceedings,
– after-sales activities involving the archiving of documents,
– activities related to data processing for tax and accounting purposes.
Based on Article. 6 item 1 point b;

3. the recipient of your personal data will be the Administrator and authorized Employees. The administrator may entrust the processing of personal data to the companies with which he cooperates, to the extent necessary for the implementation of contracts (accounting office, law firm, debt collection and IT company, OHS office, transport, logistics);

4. Your personal data will be stored for the period necessary for the purposes for which the data is processed. The storage of personal data may last until you withdraw your consent to their processing together with a request to delete them. Then only information about the transactions related to the Accounting Act will remain in the database that will be needed, among others in case of claims on your part;

5.you have the right to access your data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to transfer data, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal;

6. you have the right to lodge a complaint with PUODO if you consider that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the General Regulation on the protection of personal data of 27 April 2016;

7. providing your personal data is a condition for concluding the contract. You are obliged to provide them and the consequence of not providing personal data will be the failure to meet the objectives of the contract.
